How we work
Overall responsibility for PIPA and its Committee lies with the Executive Committee: the PIPA President, Vice President and Treasurer. They are tasked with taking PIPA forward in an ever-changing pharmaceutical environment. Together these roles:
- provide leadership and direction
- have ultimate responsibility for the decisions made by the Committee on behalf of the PIPA membership
- ensure compliance with the PIPA constitution
- ensure financial stability and compliance
To function as an organisation and continually meet the needs of our membership, PIPA is divided into 9 workstreams, each headed up by a Committee member. These are:
