Please note that as per last year's conference, PIPA will NOT be booking overnight accommodation for you. If you wish to a book a room for one or more nights,then please contact the hotel directly on 01202 555555, selecting option 2. Please ensure that you tell them you will be attending the PIPA conference. Overnight B&B accommodation is at a cost of £130+VAT for the Sunday and £140+VAT for the Monday. You will also be responsible for notifying the hotel of any cancellations or substitutions.
Please note that only a limited number of rooms have been reserved, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Delegate's Booking Form
Please register for either the entire conference or just one day:
Full meeting registration: £550 + VAT**
This includes attendance to all scientific sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, and gala dinner. Price does NOT include accommodation.
Single day registration: £275 + VAT**
This includes attendance to scientific sessions for one day, exhibits, coffee breaks, and gala dinner if attending day one. Price does NOT include accommodation.
**Please note that after 1st June 2008, these charges increase to £600 and £300 respectively.
Exhibitor's Booking Form
As part of the exhibition registration fee, the primary exhibitor is required to register for the entire conference by completing this form. Additional exhibitors should register using the additional exhibitor's booking form below.
Full meeting registration: £1050 + VAT**
This includes attendance to all scientific sessions, exhibits, coffee breaks, and gala dinner. Price does NOT include accommodation.
**Please note that after 1st June 2008, the charge increases to £1100.
