PIPA's 2nd Annual Conference

Venue: The De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel, Southampton
Our new look 2-day PIPA Conference was held at the Grand Harbour Hotel, Southampton.
Our 2007 venue boasted the latest hi-tech gymnasium equipment, a 15-metre swimming pool, a beauty salon, sauna and jacuzzi, not to mention some superb views across the Southampton waterfront!
This year we incorporated a number of topical joint sessions on day one that tied-in with our traditional Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance tracks scheduled on day two. We also included a great choice of workshops, eight in total, across the two days.
Our main scientific sessions reflected the influence on our roles of the increasing technological advances and legal challenges that the Pharma industry currently face.
Our workshops were chosen to explore topics of interest to a broad range of Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance personnel from adminstrators to managers.
